Florida is widely known as the theme park capital of the world, offering visitors the opportunity to experience an unlimited amount of fun and excitement, day after day. Below, we have listed some of the main theme parks that can be found in Florida.

The Magic Kingdom

The main (and original) theme park at Disney World Florida is home to Cinderella’s Castle, an icon situated at the centre of the park. Comprising six magical lands: Main Street USA, Tomorrowland, Fantasyland, Liberty Square, Frontierland and Adventureland, the Magic Kingdom is surely one of the worlds most exciting theme parks!

Epcot Center

Epcot theme park takes you on an endless journey of fun and learning at the same time. The park is divided into two parts; Future World and World showcase. Future World focuses on future technologies and innovations whilst World showcase highlights the different cultures of 11 countries of the world. Walk through Mexico, Norway, China, Germany and Italy before continuing back through the USA, Japan, Morroco, France, the UK and Canada. A truly memorable experience!

Hollywood Studios

Hollywood Studios enables you to live out your fantasy of being a movie star! With live-action shows, backstage tours and an abundance of attractions, you really can recapture the glitz and glamour of Hollywood in its heyday. Attractions include Rock n Roller Coaster starring Aerosmith, the Twilight Zone Tower of Terror, Beauty and the Beast live and the all new American Idol experience, plus many more.

Animal Kingdom

Animal lovers are in for a treat at Disney’s Animal Kingdom. With over 1700 animals and set in 500 acres of scenic parkland this is the largest theme park of its kind in the world. Walt Disney world are dedicated to the conservation of nature and lead the way in animal care, research and education. The park is divided into 7 areas: Dinoland, Asia, Africa, Discovery Island, Rafikas Planet Watch and Oasis. The many attractions include Expedition Everest, Kali River Rapids and Festival of the Lion King.

Universal Orlando Resort

Comprising 2 separate theme parks, Universal Studios and Universal Islands of Adventure, Universal Orlando Resort offers an incredible array of attractions, behind the scenes movie action and good old-fashioned roller coaster fun!
