Tranquility at Sandy Ridge

Tranquility is the most luxurious villa in our portfolio - it is 5 bed, 4 bath all en-suite and only completed construction in February 2005. The property is located on the Sandy Ridge development off county road 532 just south of Disney.

The villa has been furnished to the highest standards and is complete with everything you could want right down to cutlery, corkscrew and soap. The rooms are arranged as two masters both with King size beds (American king size), one on the ground floor and one upstairs, then 1 double room on the ground floor and 2 further twin bedded rooms. In addition the living room at the front of the property features a queen sleeper sofa to sleep two more people. Altogether the villa sleeps 12.

Since the video footage (below) was shot in March 2011 the house has been redecorated inside and out (same colours).

Additional Information

At the back the villa features an oversize 30x15" sculpted pool with raised spa / hot-tub, generous decking area with sun loungers and patio furniture and a covered 'lanai' which provides shelter from the rain or shade from the hot florida sun :-) The Tarn, which is directly behind, is abundant with wildlife and the scenery provides the perfect setting to begin and end your day.

The villa is centrally heated and air conditioned (you won't need the heating except for sometimes in December / January), has 19" TV in both master suites as well as a large flatscreen LED tv in the family room, Wi-Fi wireless broadband internet is also included (so take a laptop) and the villa has american size washer and tumble dryer in the laundry.
