The spa will not heat up without the pool heater being turned on.
Please note that our pools are serviced on a weekly basis.
Resort Parking Rules:
All vehicles must be registered at the Clubhouse.
To park within the resort, cars require a transponder available at the Clubhouse for a one-time fee
The resort allows a maximum of 4 cars (including visitors).
Do not block the sidewalk or park on the street or the resort will fine you
3rd car needs to be parked parallel to the driveway to not block the sidewalk

Emerald Island Resort requires one (1) Resort Access Fee (access card) per guest vehicle at a cost of $20 +tax per vehicle. There is a minimum charge of one (1) Resort Access Fee per reservation even if you have no vehicles. Access card also allows you to access resort amenities.
